Successori Bernagozzi S.r.l accepts the following forms of payment: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
CREDIT CARD
Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
At the time of purchase, customers enter their credit card details into a secure electronic banking system.
Customer service operators di Successori Bernagozzi S.r.l are in no way authorized to request or accept credit card numbers and/or validity details of the same.
Debit
If the existing funds on the card are sufficient for the purchase and the bank details provided are valid, confirmation of the debit will be sent to you immediately: the customer will receive an email with a transaction confirmation code.
PAYPAL – GOOGLE PAYMENT PAY – APPLE PAY – AMAZON PAY
With this method, the customer can pay via their account. Simply log in with your details and confirm payment. In the event of returning the goods, the amount will be credited to the account used for payment.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The assortment on the Successori Bernagozzi S.r.l website reflects the exact real availability of each item, by size and colour, since the website is connected to all the warehouses where the items on display are located and all availability data is updated in real time.
Successors Bernagozzi S.r.l, once the order request has been received, reserves the right to confirm the availability of the items purchased, as well as to verify the validity of the credit card transaction and the details of previous transactions carried out by the Customer on the Successori Bernagozzi S.r.l. website
If the ordered items are not available, or for any other reason the order cannot be processed as requested by the Customer, Successori Bernagozzi S.r.l will immediately send a communication to the Customer.
PRICES AND CURRENCY
All shipped orders are accompanied by an invoice or receipt in Euro which shows the exact total amount of the purchase, as required by the rules regulating international trade.

At a cost of €8.50 - carried out within 24/48 hours:

Shipping is free for all orders over €200 purchase.
Order fulfillment
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 5.00pm.
To guarantee same-day shipping, the order must be placed before 1.00pm.
They are processed within 48 hours of receipt of the order, and shipped following checks carried out by the company who supervises payments.
Orders placed during sales or promotion periods may be slowed down. Please note that all customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery of the Order
Upon delivery of the package, Customers are asked to inspect it carefully before confirming the delivery of the order with your signature.
The goods become the property of the customer with the signing.
Here are some cases that may occur:
The packaging, at the time of delivery, appears evidently tampered with, customers are advised to sign the delivery with reservation or to refuse it.
The Customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests its return to the sender: any reshipment costs will be charged Successori Bernagozzi S.r.l will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer. If it is not possible to deliver the shipment to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract, the package may be returned to the sender.
All re-shipment costs will be borne by the Customer and will be deducted from any refund due.
Return conditions
For any reason the Customer can return his order, in whole or in part, to request a refund or exchange.
Return conditions
Items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date of the order, the return costs are borne by the customer.
The products must be returned in the original packaging and in the same conditions in which they were originally shipped: unworn, washed or altered in any way.
The soles of the footwear must be in the same condition as sent, with no signs of wear.
All items must also be returned with the original tags and any original accessories supplied (dustbags, clothing covers, pendants, etc.), including the authenticity label and the security seal which must not be cut or broken.
Damaged returns will not be accepted and may be returned to the Customer at Sue expenses.
Shoes and accessories must be returned with their original box, which constitutes an integral part of the product.
Return procedure
If the Customer wishes to return one or more items, it is necessary to contact Successori Bernagozzi S.r.l within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order.
Our Customer Service will send an email with instructions for making the return.
The Customer is asked to follow the instructions provided faithfully. Furthermore, Successori Bernagozzi S.r.l reserves the right to inspect the returned items, and if the return does not satisfy the conditions imposed, to send it back with costs and charges borne by the Customer himself.
Exchange
We accept changes in size or color of the same model, if available.
The return shipping of the item subject to exchange is the responsibility of the customer.
Defective goods
Products received which are already damaged or which show lack of conformity are considered defective. In case of defective products we ask you to follow the same return procedure. Successori Bernagozzi S.r.l reserves the right to refuse unauthorized defective returns.
In case of acceptance of the defective return, Successori Bernagozzi S.r.l will refund the purchase price of the item and the shipping costs.
Refund
In the event that the Customer requests a refund for the returned item(s), Successori Bernagozzi S.r.l will endeavor to process the refund as soon as possible or in any case within 10 working days from the date of acceptance of the returned.
The credit will be made with the same payment method used by the Customer, and on the same account.
The date of actual visibility of the credit occurred may vary due to factors beyond the responsibility of Successori Bernagozzi S.r.l. Refunds are also issued in the same currency as the original purchase.
We also remind you that the refund will only concern the purchase price of the items, and will not include shipping costs and customs duties, which will remain the responsibility of the Customer.
Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to revoke the order for any reason, in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). This right may be exercised exclusively by "consumer" customers (natural persons who purchase the goods not for purposes related to their professional, commercial or entrepreneurial activity).
